How early you'll know

A project leaves a trail of public records long before anything is built. DocketDecoder picks it up at the first filing, not when it reaches the agenda or the bid board.

Follow new developments from filing to permit

A project shows up in different county systems at different times: a rezoning first, then hearing signs, a site plan and finally building permits. We link those records by parcel, so each issue tells you where a project stands instead of handing you scattered filings.

Eight county sources, one weekly email

These records are spread across separate county and Planning Commission systems. We check them all every night and put what matters in one place.

  • Site plans and plats
  • Building permits
  • Capital improvement projects
  • County procurement notices
  • Planning Commission plan amendments
  • Urban Service Area boundary

How it works

  1. We check the county every night

Land use agendas, hearing signs, site plans, permits, capital projects and bid notices.

  2. We pick out what matters

Large sites, big-dollar projects and anything heading to a hearing or into construction, linked to the rest of the project's history.

  3. You hear about it early

One email a week with the new filings and what's moving, before it reaches an agenda or a bid board. Each item links to the county's own record.
