Hillsborough County bids and construction projects
See Hillsborough County bids before they open. Each week we list upcoming county construction bids, capital projects moving into construction, and commercial permits over $1M, with links to the county's own notices. You hear about the work while the county is still planning it, not when the bid is posted.

How early you'll know
A project leaves a trail of public records long before anything is built. DocketDecoder picks it up at the first filing, not when it reaches the agenda or the bid board.

Hillsborough County bid opportunities before they're advertised
The county publishes a list of solicitations it plans to release, with an estimated value and an expected issue date. We read it every night, keep the construction work, and flag the large jobs, so you can line up your team and bonding before the bid opens.
